People have upped their excitement for the Halloween holiday. This video will show you how to make Halloween crafts and spooky decor for pennies. You will be proud to display these ideas in every room of your house.

Your local craft shop sells clear bottles for about $1 apiece. Take some transparent glass paint and color the bottles scary Halloween shades. Add some potion labels to these bottles and cob webs to the tops.

Easy steps to make Halloween terrariums using cheap craft store items. First, you will need a wooden base painted black. A fabric fringe is then hot glued around the entire base edge. To cover the inside of the base use basic Spanish moss. Next find a spooky item such a rat, crow, skull, tombstone or skeleton and place on the Spanish moss. For the glass top use a small fish bowl or vase turned upside down.

Add your own creative touch and the possibilities are endless. Creepy spiders hanging from the ceiling or ghosts dangling everywhere you turn. Happy Halloween.
